Plain English. We tried to write these terms the way we would explain them to a friend — and to make them fair, not one-sided.

1. The deal in one paragraph

CBLE Ace gives you a study platform for the U.S. Customs Broker License Examination. You may use it for personal exam preparation. You can study free forever (limited daily questions) or subscribe to Pro for full access. Pro has a 7-day free trial with no charge if you cancel before it ends. You can cancel a subscription anytime, and we offer a generous refund window (see Refund Policy).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts beyond the 2-device limit is not allowed (see § 6).

3. Plans, pricing, and the 7-day free trial

Free Plan ($0, forever)

  • 30 practice questions per day from our question bank.
  • Basic progress tracking and wrong-answer book.
  • No credit card required, no time limit, no nag screens.

Pro Plans

  • Pro Monthly — $50 / month, auto-renews each month.
  • Pro Annual — $390 / year, auto-renews each year.
  • 2-Year Pass — $490, one-time charge for 24 months of access (no auto-renewal).

7-day free trial

  • Available once per user, on Pro Monthly or Pro Annual.
  • We collect your card upfront for verification but do not charge until day 8.
  • We send a reminder email 2 days before the trial ends.
  • Cancel anytime during the trial — zero charge, no questions asked.
  • The 2-Year Pass does not include a free trial (it is a one-time purchase).

Auto-renewal & cancellation

  • Pro Monthly and Pro Annual auto-renew until you cancel. The renewal price is the price you signed up at, locked for the term you bought.
  • Cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing support@cbleace.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If we change prices, we will notify you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Refunds

Our refund commitments are detailed in the Refund Policy. In short:

  • Pro Monthly: prorated refund within the first 3 days of each charge if you have not substantially used Pro features.
  • Pro Annual & 2-Year Pass: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
  • Beyond those windows: we will consider partial refunds case by case.

5. What you get

  • Access to our practice question bank and mock exams during your subscription.
  • Bilingual explanations (English & Chinese) where available.
  • Progress tracking, wrong-answer book, and study analytics.
  • Pro: AI tutor and reference search (subject to fair-use limits described in § 6).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense your account. Pro accounts are limited to 2 simultaneous devices; sustained use beyond this signals account sharing and may result in suspension.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our question bank, explanations, or knowledge-base articles outside of personal study use.
  • Reverse-engineer the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
  • Use the AI tutor to generate content unrelated to customs broker exam preparation, or to attempt jailbreaks/abuse.
  • Use the Service to break any law or harm others.

AI tutor fair-use: we currently set a soft limit of approximately 50 messages per day for Pro accounts. We will warn you and only adjust limits with reasonable notice; we will not silently throttle.

7. Content & intellectual property

  • The CBLE exam questions are public-record content released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Our explanations, knowledge-base articles, UI, and software are © CBLE Ace.
  • You retain ownership of any content you create on the platform (notes, bookmarks, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
  • If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, email support@cbleace.com with the URL and we will respond promptly.

8. Disclaimers

Not affiliated with CBP. CBLE Ace is an independent study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any government agency. “CBLE” refers to the publicly-administered Customs Broker License Examination.

Study aid, not legal advice. Our explanations represent our best understanding of the relevant regulations (HTS, 19 CFR, etc.), but you must verify any critical rule against the official source. Pass rates and outcomes are not guaranteed.

“As-is” service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBLE Ace and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost study time, or exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Suspension & termination

  • You can delete your account anytime in settings.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate § 6 (Acceptable Use). For minor violations, we will warn you first.
  • If we suspend your account due to your violation, refunds are at our discretion. If we suspend it because of our error, we will refund the unused portion.
  • If we ever shut down CBLE Ace, we will give 60 days notice, stop new charges, and offer prorated refunds for remaining subscription time.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any formal claim, please email us — we are humans and would rather solve your issue than fight about it. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Wyoming, except that you may bring claims in small-claims court if eligible.

12. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes (e.g., new fees, changes to refund policy, changes to dispute resolution), we will email all active users at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before that date if you disagree. Minor wording updates may happen without notice.
